The project is based on the 9,000-car LNG dual-fuel PCTC ship independently developed by Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding. It draws on the mature intelligent storage system technology on land and cooperates with Mibach Technology to develop a marine intelligent loading system for the offshore environment. Through the control of the intelligent loading system, a three-dimensional intelligent storage mode is realized in the cabin, and the vehicles are automatically tied and stored to realize automated loading and seamless connection between the ship and the shore, and the vehicle shipment is completed efficiently and quickly.
Intelligent loading PCTC can greatly reduce terminal vehicle exhaust emissions through automated vehicle loading, while greatly improving terminal loading and unloading efficiency (~70%), significantly increasing actual loading capacity (~30%), reducing terminal docking cycles, and improving vehicle export logistics efficiency. , and get rid of the situation of relying on manual labor for car loading and lashing. At the same time, it can reduce the use of ballast water and has strong flexible loading capabilities at multiple ports.
As the first large-scale cruise ship builder in China, Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding quickly entered the field of PCTC design and construction relying on its thin-plate ship construction capabilities.
